Refund policy

At Mediprotect, we stand by the quality of our product.Your satisfaction is important to us. 

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Home of Huggles is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you have made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for a Mediprotect giftcard if exchanged within 14 days of the purchase. The goods must be in an unused and new condition. 

Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to return Pillow pals, mattress protectors and any facemasks.

  • Firstly please contact us on homeofhuggles@gmail.com or phone us on 021474769 to start the return process.
  • Ensure the product is in original consition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Including your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not been altered or tampered with in any way.

Home of Huggles will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return  of non-faulty products.
